Co-curricular and extra curricular activities are much encouraged and promoted for the development of the all round personality of the students, They are divided into four houses and extracurricular activities are held under the guidance of house mistresses and prefects. Co-curricular activities are conducted under the aegis of the Science, Mathematics , Arts, Nature, Quiz, Literary and Public Speaking clubs for bringing out the inborn creative talents in the students. Monthly competitions are held in reading, quiz, extempore speech and weekly tests in current affairs to encourage newspaper reading. Ample opportunities are provided for students to engage in sports and games. Karate ,yoga and dance classes are offered for those who are interested and have aptitude for them. All these help the students to hone their skills in different fields and they get a cutting edge over others in interschool competitions and state level competitions.
Several counselling sessions are held for all students to help them cope with the stresses of student life and for parents to make them aware of the need for good parenting. .
Eco-friendly activities are taken care of by the Nature club. The school compound is declared plastic-free
The school has a Charity and Mission fund to make the children aware of their commitment to the society .As part of social awareness programmes visits are arranged to old age homes and orphanages and generous contributions are made for helping the needy. Students and parents whole-heartedly support these social activities.
The needy among the students are awarded scholarships and given fee concessions from the Students’ Welfare Fund maintained by the school.
