Independence day
Living up to the dreamof1947.74years of celebration was celebrated to keep the patriotic spirit alive among the Hawksworthians.The Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm.In the presence of a gleeful gathering, the National Flag was hoisted by the Bursar Rev Alex P.Oommen. A solemn speech was given by the Principal Dr Koshy P.Chacko to pay homage to the brave martyrs of the country.Our beloved Bishop Rt.rev Thomas Samuel graced the occassion,followed by variety entertainment programmes by our students.

The Hawksworth family celebrated Onam Thumba Pulari on the school’s premises amidst much fanfare involving students and staff of the school. The celebrations started with setting up of an attractive Pookalam by our Kindergarten tots and Parents, Impressive designs and artistic creativity were the hallmarks of the Pookalam, which turned out to be attractive and mesmerizing and took everyone into a world of festivity and fun. The main attractions of the programme were Onappattu, Vallapattu,Pullikali and the Mega Thiruvathira Kali . The arrival of Mahabali was well-received by the audience and we conducted games to end the show.The spirit of students and staff improved the colour of Onam. The payasam added sweetness to the show.We congratulate all the teachers and students for the team work which made Onam a memorable festival.
